Overview

Ruselle is a member of the firm’s Health Care and Business Groups. He works with a range of health care providers, including home health agencies, nursing homes, psychologists and other therapists, clinical laboratories, medical imaging companies, and addiction treatment centers.

Ruselle counsels his clients on a variety of matters, including structuring of business relationships, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, licensing of health care facilities and of individual providers, HIPAA and related privacy issues, Stark issues, and the anti-kickback rules.

Ruselle has more than 35 years of experience as a health care attorney, having served as General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and general counsel to a publicly-traded health care service company prior to joining the firm.
